Easy Breadcrumbs SEO ("the App"), operated by Tekhmom Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Cambodia, provides store navigation and structured data solutions for Shopify merchants. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Information We Collect

When you install the App, we automatically access certain information from your Shopify account via Shopify’s APIs to provide our service:

• Merchant Account Data: Store name, primary email address, store domain, and basic configuration settings necessary to link the App to your store.
• Store Structural Data: Non-personal catalog information, including product titles, collection hierarchies, and page URLs required to render breadcrumbs and output JSON-LD structured data.

We do not track, store, or sell customer or visitor personal data from your store.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected strictly to:

• Provide, maintain, and optimize the functionality of the App on your store.
• Support your theme configuration and output valid structured data for search engines.
• Respond to your support inquiries or system service updates.

Sharing Your Personal Information

Data Retention

We retain your merchant settings and app configuration data only for as long as you maintain the App installed on your Shopify store. If you uninstall the App, your stored data will be automatically purged within 48 hours in accordance with Shopify’s standard API compliance guidelines.
